Atlas Collections, Inc. was founded in 1967 on the simple premise that when a business sells a product or service, it expects and deserves to be paid for it. As a licensed, professional collection agency, we have the experience, facilities, and capability to obtain payment for overdue receivable throughout the United States while adhering to high standards for honest, ethical collection practices.

We have invested in the newest and most sophisticated computer account tracking system available. This state-of-the-art computer capability allows as to accurately and efficiently track and follow up on each collection amount. At any instant, we can determine who we contacted, when we contacted them, where we contacted them and what the promised response was to each contact.

Atlas stands out from most collection agencies by specializing in what we call "collection with sensitivity." This means we take a fair, but firm, approach to collecting overdue accounts. We have compassion for human circumstances and understand that not all accounts are owed by "deadbeats." Our clients-oriented collection staff is carefully recruited, selected and trained to make contacts that are civil and respectful of human dignity. This helps ensure that a client's delicate public image is preserved and even enhanced.

When legal action is the logical resort, our Support Staff Department has full capability to handle the legal filin details in local courts throughout Indiana. Our Support Staff works closely with outside legal counsel to obtain wage assignments, judgments, execution and levy and, in necessary, trials in small claims court.
