Name and Forwarding Address
Signed Lease or Judgment
***Place of Employment
***Social Security Number
Co-Signer Agreements
Damage Deposit Letter or Current Statement sent to Renters
Copy of Judgment Papers (if already in litigation process)

College students pose a difficult dilemma and many times a misconception by property owners.  If you are renting to an unemployed college student, many times you will have to wait until there is a garnishable wage to collect (graduation and employment begins).  Parent's signature gives you a fighting chance of more immediate collection options.
