• Systems:  Our state-of-the-art collection software, FACS (Flexible Automatic Collection Software developed by Ontario Systems, LLC), secure FTP sites, web-based payment portal available 24/7, internal IT staff, and custom client reporting allow Atlas Collections, Inc. to provide partners with needed information when, where, and how you need it.
• People:  Our hands-on staff are available when needed.  Staff members rely on years of experience when offering suggestions to tough collection problems that our client partners sometimes face.  We ask to be involved and look forward to working with any internal departments that you require.  We believe in our people and their abilities.
• Experience:  41 years!  Our diverse database of clients is unique in that we have other non-utility clients that help in providing alternative sources for finding those stubborn debtors.
• Adaptability:  Atlas Collections, Inc., over the four decades of collecting for every type of clientele you can imagine, has had to become fast and agile to keep pace with our community and the economy we live within.  This long evolution and across the board mentality has made us very adept at developing new products "on the fly" and tweaking programs to meet our clients ever changing business requirements.  This is just a normal day at the office for our Team!
