Settlement Management

Atlas’ Settlement Management program is designed to use custom-defined settlement terms to generate additional revenue from select account groups.  Through a one-time settlement offer letter and subsequent follow-up phone calls, we can impact your bottom line on accounts that have typically been written off.  

The Atlas Settlement Management program is highly customizable and can be tailored to fit your specific needs and credit criteria.


OUR PROCESS

• Letters

A custom Settlement Management letter detailing the terms of your settlement offer is created using Atlas Collections letterhead and mailed to selected accounts

• Follow-up Calls

Atlas Account Representatives place follow-up phone calls to your customers to explain the terms of the settlement offer and respond to any questions they may have.

Atlas has been instrumental in collecting bad debt for us for many years.  The ability to add-on fees has allowed us to recover most of our money and at the same time pay Atlas for their work.
