Atlas Imaging Services Available

Atlas Services provides quality imaging services to facilitate the ongoing needs of our clients during a time when data security and confidentiality are a must. All dispute letters, attorney letters, client information, copies of bills, and any information provided to us by our clients and debtors are scanned to a secure database. Uses of this scanned information include printing information to assist with both our collection and litigation efforts. Atlas maintains an unyielding focus of ensuring the handling of any documents are done so confidentially and with care. All original hard copies are promptly destroyed and disposed of. Atlas staff members follow our security procedures closely to ensure all risk is removed due to client or debtor information exposure. A daily backup of all scanned images is completed in the event of server failure of general disaster.

Atlas takes the security of scanned documentation very seriously. Our focus is to have quality information available at all times in order to ensure the maximum recovery percentage in the shortest amount of time. Atlas' process of scanning all documentation is just one example of our commitment to security and debt recovery.
