The foundation of our receivable collection system is the Flexible Automated Collection System (FACS), a collections-specific software platform developed by Finvi – one of the largest and best-known providers of receivables management technology in the nation.

The FACS program enables automation of core debt recovery operations. Besides helping to improve the productivity of our collections staff, FACS provides daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports – detailing information like calls made, accounts received, money committed by customers for payment, and total funds received.

In addition, FACS allows us to accept amounts for placements via the Internet or manual data entry and integrates with the latest predictive dialer software enhancements to improve outbound call speed and efficiency.
