Atlas’ innovative application prequalification system is used to evaluate your database, automatically identifying patients that meet initial Charity Care requirements.

• Personalized Follow-up

Atlas mails a Charity Care application to each qualified patient. Then, our trained staff follows-up individually to answer questions and help applicants complete and submit their form.

• Application Evaluation

At a pre-determined frequency, Atlas will review submitted applications, providing your patient accounting staff with a list of accounts that meet initial requirements – complete with all appropriate documentation.

• Reporting
